Caracteristics: “P” by Pepa is an olive oil with intense character oil made from the Picudo and Hojiblanco varieties. The olives are pressed immediately after harvesting and together with selecting only the best olives, this ensures an oil of the highest quality. Its unique and aromatic flavor comes with a greenish golden color indicating the nature of extra virgin olive oil.
Tasting – Bouquet: Medium intensity of fruit, dominated by green leaves. Hints of basil and almond. The perception of these two attributes make for a pleasant surpise in the sensory evaluation. Clear presence of spicy notes, making it an attractive and strong oil.
Color: Deep golden. An opaque hue since it is an unfiltered oil.
