We use UPS to deliver products right to your door.
Please check address carefully. All incomplete and/or incorrect addresses provided to us and to which UPS cannot deliver, might incur extra fees in order to successfully deliver your order. Such fees will be directly charged to your credit card, or PayPal account.
If UPS is unable to deliver the package, it will be returned to us.
If the product arrives in good condition, we will be able to send the package back to you and you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges to the correct destination.
If the product is damaged, you will be responsible for the charges to replace your original order.
Orders that do not require special handling and/or non-perishable will be sent out generally within 2 -3 business days. Perishable orders will ship within 1 business day, unless the order is placed after Thursday 2pm Pacific time, in which case it will ship on the following Monday.
Shipment schedules may vary during the holidays and in particular during the Christmas period.
No changes can be made once an order has shipped.
Changes to orders must be received immediately. Please email to [email protected], as once your order has shipped no changes can be made.

Any item which is not completely satisfactory can be returned, no later than 15 days from the invoice date.
