Description: White wine. The grapes are harvested very early and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold maceration with skins and then fermentation at 57 ºF. Clarification of musts is carried out using the static method. 50% Macabeo & 50% Chardonnay. Serving Temperature 45-46°F (7-8°C).
Pale color with tenuous green reflections, very clean and brilliant, with fruity aromas and a natural pinprick sensation. The elements are very harmonious and it
has silky contact in mouth.

Description: White wine, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, collection 4th week of August.
Grape proceeding from the vineyards place to a 750 meters altitude and they are sandy-limestone lands. Low temperature fermentation during 12 days.
Pale yellow with green flashes. It is really bright. Notes of peach and white fruit in nose. The nose obtains complexity thanks to grapefruit and lime notes. The first impression in mouth is moderate smoothness. It is potent, fresh with a good structure. Thin and cheerful with a slightly bitter touch which develops a great sense of length. Serving Temperature 39.2 – 46.4°F (4- 8°C).
Description: 100% white tempranillo produced from young vineyards, planted in the XXI Century.
Clean, pale yellow, bright and transparent color with some greenish shines. High intensity nose, sharp scent remaking the peculiarities of this new varietal, combining white fruit aromas – pear, apples – and citrus with some floral notes at the background. Velvety in the mouth, very slightly sweet, balanced acidity well integrated and a long and nice varietal aftertaste which promises a very good potential for the future.

Pale Yellow, full of shines and limpid. Strong in the nose, intense with a flower like character given by the chardonnay grapes, herbaceous tones from the verdejo grape and a very delicate complexity provided by the sauvignon blanc grapes. In the mouth is fresh, dry, good acidity, elegant, silky and a powerful end provided by the viura.

Description: White wine, aged 3-5 months in new and one-year-old French oak barrels, 100% Chardonnay grapes.
Its bright and intense greenish yellow does catch the eye. Clean and shin- ing, with white fruit aroma presence together with some honey and pastry notes. Unctuous and luscious in the mouth, but always fresh, light, pleasant and with a long finish. It is the result of a careful production process: harvest in September after full ripening, fermentation in new French oak barrels at controlled temperature and three-month aging with battonage on fine lees in similar barrels. Afterwards, the wine is kept in the bottle for at least 6 months. This is our Chardonnay, an aromatic and soft white, best tasted between 50º and 53.6ºF (10º and 12ºC).
